   DealsVista Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 12:00:01 am Pacific Time (PST) on December 6, 2006, and ends 11:59:59 pm PST on December 19, 2006 (the "Promotion Period").

3. Who can participate?
   DealsVista Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are: physically located and reside in the United States, District of Columbia; 18 years of age or older for U.S. residents at time of entry ("Eligible Participant"). Members of the U.S. Military who reside at APO/FPO addresses outside of the U.S. are also eligible to enter. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited. Employees, directors and officers, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses), and their respective household members, of DealsVista.com. ("DealsVista") and DealsVista's affiliates, subsidiaries, and divisions ("DealsVista Entities") (DealsVista and DealsVista Entities collectively, "Sponsor"), Sponsor's advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter. Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, local, provincial, and municipal laws. U.S. law governs this Sweepstakes.
   


4. How do I enter the Sweepstakes?
   First, share a deal with your friends by email or instant message; Second, you enter the Sweepstakes once the link in the email or the message is clicked by your friends.
   NOTE:
   NO purchase necessary. NO sign up necessary.
   One clicked ("responded") invitation is considered as one valid entry at the day when the link is clicked("responded") . The entry is ONLY VALID at the day when the link is clicked("responded") .
   However, iPod Nano will be drawn from ALL valid entries during the 14-days promotion period.
   


5. How can I get additional entries into a Daily Drawing?
   First, share more deals with more friends;
   Second, remember, ONLY clicked("responded") invitations are count.
   Third, the more clicked("responded") invitations you have, the more entries you have at that day, and the more chances to win at that day.
   




6. When are winners selected and notified?
   
   The winner will be selected at 1pm PST the next day. The name part of the winner email will be announced at the homepage of DealsVista.com and also this blog. The winner will also receive an notification email from us.
   Winner will have 10 days from notification to accept the prize by e-mail to "admin@DealsVista.com" or by U.S. mail to the address specified in the notification.
